ShelbySpin Document Upload: Format and Size Rules
ShelbySpin Document Upload: Format and Size Rules
Successfully uploading your verification documents is a crucial step to fully access your ShelbySpin casino account, claim bonuses, and process withdrawals. This guide provides the exact format and size rules you need to follow for a smooth and speedy verification process.
Why ShelbySpin Requires Document Verification
Like all licensed online casinos, ShelbySpin must verify the identity and age of its players. This is a standard security procedure known as Know Your Customer (KYC). It protects both you and the platform from fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Your account will remain restricted until verification is complete, meaning you cannot withdraw any winnings, including those from a ShelbySpin bonus. The process typically begins after you make your first withdrawal request.
Accepted Document Types and Formats
ShelbySpin will request several documents to confirm your identity, address, and payment method ownership. All files must be clear, legible, and in one of the accepted formats. The supported file types are JPG, PNG, and PDF. The maximum file size for any single upload is 10 MB.
The following list details the specific documents you will need to provide:
- Proof of Identity: A clear, color copy of your passport, driver’s license, or national ID card. All four corners must be visible, and the details must not be blurred.
- Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (gas, water, electric), bank statement, or official government letter dated within the last three months. It must clearly show your full name and registered address.
- Proof of Payment Method: If you used a credit/debit card, a photo of the front (with the middle digits and CVV code obscured) and the back (with your signature visible) is required. For e-wallets, a screenshot of your account may be requested.
Step-by-Step Upload Process
Uploading your documents to ShelbySpin is a straightforward process. Follow these steps carefully to avoid delays.
- Log in to your ShelbySpin account and navigate to your account profile or ‘Verification’ section.
- You will see prompts to upload the required documents (ID, Proof of Address, etc.).
- Click the ‘Upload’ button for each category and select the correct file from your device.
- Ensure each file is clear and meets the format and size requirements before submitting.
- Once all documents are uploaded, click ‘Submit for Verification’. You will receive a confirmation email.
The verification team usually reviews submissions within 24-48 hours. You will be notified via email once your account has been approved or if any additional information is needed.
Common Upload Problems and Solutions
Many verification delays are caused by easily avoidable issues. Refer to this table to troubleshoot common problems.
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Blurry or unreadable photo | Take a new picture in a well-lit area on a flat surface. Ensure the entire document is in frame. |
| File size too large | Use an online tool or your phone’s editing features to compress the image before uploading. |
| Wrong document type | Double-check that you are uploading a recent utility bill for address proof, not an old one or a non-accepted document like a mobile phone bill. |
| Cropped image | Make sure all four corners of your ID or card are visible in the photograph. |
| Using a ShelbySpin promo code | Sometimes, entering a valid ShelbySpin promo code can trigger an immediate request for verification to release the bonus funds. |
What Happens After Successful Verification?
Once your documents are approved, your ShelbySpin account will be fully operational. All withdrawal limits will be lifted, and any pending cashouts will be processed immediately. You will also be able to claim any outstanding promotions, such as ShelbySpin free spins or a ShelbySpin no deposit offer, without any hindrance. A verified account is essential for a seamless gaming experience, allowing you to focus on enjoying the games you love.
